QUALIFICATIONS

Client’s Engineering Team Member 

Warnat Engineering, Inc. (WE) was originally founded in 1992 by Douglas F. Warnat, a 1974 Purdue University graduate.  Mr. Warnat‘s vast engineering exposure included past involvement as client manager, project manager, and partner of several respected environmental and consulting firms before forming WE.
The firm currently services most aspects of civil and wastewater development.  Past designs include federal, municipal, educational, commercial, and industrial facilities. Significant milestones include:

 In June of 1992, the firm began by leading design projects involving advanced onsite wastewater system integration as well as commercial and residential civil development.

¨ In 1997, Mr. Warnat acted as lead consultant and chief engineer while restoring the engineering department of a surveying and engineering firm in Homewood, Alabama. 

¨ From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Warnat engaged in project and principal management consulting with two separate Birmingham firms while developing the firm’s civil design departments. Mr. Warnat’s duties included business and client development, recruitment of qualified employees, and supervision of project design from conception through completion. Many valuable, long-lasting client relationships were formed over these years.
